What you will do
Support the Customer Service team through coaching and training.
Monitor the Customer service queue and call center for issue.
Effectively identifies priorities, inform the team of any change, communicate processes to achieve excellent results.
Identifies customer needs, satisfies customer requests, and resolves customer complaints and concerns.
Qualifications
Associates Degree a plus. Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
4+ Years Customer Service experience required
1-2 Years Team Lead experience a plus
Microsoft Office Applications proficiency
Soft Skills
Effective Communication: Demonstrates proficiency in conveying ideas clearly
Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Fast Learner: Quick to grasp and apply new concepts and information
