Applications are being accepted for the position of part-time mail center coordinator. The coordinator is responsible for processing and distributing all internal and external college mail and providing service in a pleasant, helpful, and effective manner. The hours for the position will be approximately 8:00 am – 12:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required. Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds required. One year of related experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
Organizational, communications, supervisory, photocopy, and computer skills. Ability to communicate effectively, interact professionally, and maintain confidentiality in a variety of situations (in person and on the telephone).
Customer service orientation. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of general postal regulations as well as U.P.S. and FedEx practices. Knowledge of postal and shipping systems and equipment.
Working Conditions
This position works in person. The position is eligible for the college’s benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, HSA & FSA accounts, and a TIAA 403(b) retirement account. All requirements may be subject to change over time, with possible modifications made to reasonably accommodate individuals with a disability. The hiring pay range for the position is $16 – $17 per hour.
