POSITION SUMMARY:
CDDRL is recruiting an experienced, self-motivated and detail-oriented administrative professional to provide operational support to a busy team of faculty and programs.Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Administrative and Finance Associate will perform finance functions, may assist with grant proposals and post award activities, and work collaboratively as a member of a welcoming and hardworking administrative team.The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Stanford’s financial systems and policies and experience with financial administration.
CDDRL is seeking a friendly, proactive and dependable self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.This role requires an individual with a high level of professionalism, productivity, accuracy and who can manage a wide variety of tasks in a dynamic academic environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: calendaring, room scheduling, travel arrangements, complex reimbursements, website updates, support managing conference and meeting logistics, editing, and greeting and coordinating with students and visitors.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Stanford Financial systems.

The expected pay range for this position is $33.17 – $43.75 per hour.
