We are looking for a rising senior to support our growing and energetic Recruiting team.
Essential Job Functions:
Support the recruiting process.
Support the recruiting team with various tasks including data entry.
Assist with special projects and research.
Work proactively with other team members.
Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on multiple projects.
Handle employee requests and deliver quality solutions if able, or escalate requests to a more senior team member.
Perform other office duties as needed.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required
Sourcing for/finding qualified candidates using job boards and Taleo.
Reaching out to those candidates to determine interest before directing them to the application.
QA’ing applications and reaching out to candidates with missing information (i.e. security questions), providing them the appropriate link(s) to edit / complete their application.
Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Capable of using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Long term career interest in HR/Recruiting is preferred.
Bachelors degree in related technical and/or human resources field preferred.
