LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: Approximately 16 hours/week to include the following: Wednesday from 7:30a.m. to 2p.m., Thursday from 7:30a.m. to 10a.m. and Friday from 8a.m. to 4p.m. with flexibility to work other shifts/hours as needed.
MINIMUM STARTING PAY RATE: $15.00/hour
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide exceptional customer service while supporting the General Studies department. Strong interpersonal skills, use of technology, and the ability to communicate in all forms are vital in this role. The ability to work independently and effectively under pressure while adapting to changing work priorities is essential. In this job share role, you will work collaboratively with the General Studies front desk, academic program specialist, and administrative teams to support students in their success and the college community.
