Position Summary::
The Associate CIO is responsible for the Enterprise Systems, System Administration & Integration, and ITSM & Project Management teams. The position leads the management of the College’s ERP system, ERP related systems, and service management processes for the division. The Associate CIO serves as the administrator in charge when the Chief Officer of Information Services is unavailable and provides strategic support to the Chief Officer of Information Services. This position reports directly to the Chief Officer of Information Services.
Required Education/Experience::
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science and four years of experience in area of assignment, including 3 years of supervisory experience, or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Duty and Responsibility::
Lead the College ERP team, providing management and development to all staff members.
Duty and Responsibility::
Coordinate internal project and support reporting as well as the divisions project management approach.

Lead the enterprise planning efforts through the management of the college’s ERP and related systems including researching new technologies, maintaining project plans and resource allocation

Chair the data owners (DACOS) governance committee for the college
Duty and Responsibility::
Lead the Integration & System Administration team, providing management and development to all staff members.
Duty and Responsibility::
Ensuring high availability, regulatory compliance, and proper maintenance of college applications and hosted services.

Manage the development, maintenance, and advancement of the College’s web presence, integration systems and mobile application.
Duty and Responsibility::
Serve as the second in line to the CIO assisting the CIO with division wide strategic planning and management.
