Job Description
Job Overview:
The Youth Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, supporting, and implementing programming for school age children, their parents, and schools. This includes building school and community partnerships, building the capacity of school staff to understand and serve newcomer students, connecting parents to childcare and educational resources, building parent capacity to support the social-emotional wellness and academic growth of their children, and running enrichment programs that build academic skills and enhance integration, among other initiatives. The Youth Program Coordinator reports directly to the Youth Program Supervisor and supervises the Youth Program Specialists.
