Opportunity Description
North Seattle College is looking to hire an Executive Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness to lead the Institutional Research and Effectiveness department.
Salary Range for this position is $107,260 to $148,120 annually.

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the President of North Seattle College, the Executive Director for Institutional Research and Effectiveness is responsible for planning, leading, and evaluating comprehensive processes of institutional research and planning at the College. The position works with all college constituencies to plan and implement programs and services that support the college mission and core themes, to assess their effectiveness using relevant quantitative and qualitative data, and to use the assessment to inform decisions about those programs and services. The Director has responsibility for developing and managing budgets that support institutional research and planning, and supervises any associated institutional research staff. The position works closely with colleagues in comparable positions within the Seattle Colleges and participates with relevant state, regional, and national groups engaged in similar work.
This position supervises a Grants Director, Director of Assessment, and a Senior Research Data Analyst.
This position is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during office hours.
