Texas Oncology is looking to hire a Sr. HR Coordinator this role will be remote with some limited travel. Texas Oncology is the largest community oncology provider in the country and has approximately 600+ providers in 220+ sites across Texas and southeastern Oklahoma. This position will be reporting to the TXO HR Service Center Supervisor. This role is responsible for supporting the overall, Texas Oncology HR team, such as: HR Service Center, Talent Acquisition and HR Operation with various HR administrative responsibilities: Pre-employment background, drug screen process, Internal Transfers process, working the HRSC Shared inbox, SHAREPOINT Workday request, Applicant tracking system, HRIS system, liaise with the Corporate Benefits, HRIS and HROps partners. This role also conducts exit survey, NEO facilitation and process attendees’ proxy in learning center. This role provides general and routine assistance to all level of management and frontline staff. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards and Shared Values.
Responsibilities
What Will You Do? Support the heartbeat of our HR operations: from Talent Acquisition to HR operations. Dive deep into tasks like background checks, drug screenings, internal transfer processes, and more. Be the friendly face and helping hand for all HR inquiries.Drive our HRIS & Applicant Tracking systems. Work closely with our Corporate Benefits, HRIS, and HR Ops partners...and so much more!
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
