Job Description
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Business Transformation Manager has primary responsible for managing Information Technology projects that seek to boost operational efficiencies within individual departments and for the University at large. This includes the evaluation of business systems, eliciting and documenting business requirements from users, and the coordination and completion of system enhancements, upgrades and/or new implementations.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operations and/or management role in a Higher Education setting.
Experience with implementing a student information system
Thorough knowledge of the operations, functions, and scope of authority of higher education administrative functions such as registration, admissions, et cetera
Strong project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technology partners, College administration, staff, and faculty
