Position Summary
The HRIS and Payroll Manager is responsible for managing the compliance, processing, development, analysis, administration, and implementation of the company’s HRIS and payroll processes and programs. This position will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, lead the implementation of our new HRIS system, manage all HR and Payroll related systems, and provide leadership to the HRIS and Payroll teams. The successful candidate will have experience in HRIS implementation management and strong experience with multi-state union payroll. The HRIS and Payroll Manager will oversee and supervise the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
This role’s primary responsibilities include management of payroll and their processes and serves as the super-user and content expert for the HRIS system. Serves as a key leader advising and coaching employees on payroll policies and processes.
