Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information
technologies, instructional technology, computer information systems, software systems or related field; significant experience in
the field may substitute for Bachelors; Experience providing technical support for a Learning Management System, such as Canvas;
Demonstrated experience with Excel and database management; Demonstrated experience writing scripts; Ability to use web interface of cloud
systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in information technologies, instructional
technology, computer information systems, software systems or related field; significant experience in the field may substitute for
Bachelor’s; Experience managing a Learning Management System (i.e. Canvas, Blackboard); Experience managing digital video system platform
(i.e. YuJa, Kaltura, Mediasite); Demonstrated database management, creating tables, importing/exporting data, Python and PowerShell; Ability
to use web interface of cloud systems via API.
