Summary:
The Human Resources Assistant supports the organization and the Human Resources (HR) department by performing administrative services with a high degree of confidentiality. Main support for Director in administering calendar, meeting rooms, correspondence, HRIS data entry, travel arrangements, internal and external event coordination, file maintenance, review of incoming mail, composition of employee communications, intranet support, expense reporting, bill coding, supply purchasing, presentations to new hires, and staff transition support.
This non-exempt position will report to the Director, Strategic Operations, People & Culture in the Division of Human Resources. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote.
