Position Summary:
The Human Resources Information Systems Manager (“HRIS Manager”) is responsible for leading major HR system process and design projects, systems configuration, implementation and maintenance of data standards, reporting and analytics. The HRIS Manager closely collaborates with stakeholders and senior team members to assist in the research, analysis and coordination of HRIS project implementations, enhancements and upgrades.
This includes the end-to-end process of scoping, resourcing and estimating costs of projects, defining timelines, assigning roles and responsibilities, developing effective change management and other project communications, implementation and the turnover to production support.
The HRIS Manager will work closely with business sponsors to evaluate business scope and objectives, assess impacts to the project and develop cost-effective and efficient solutions. Collaboration with all areas of Information Systems (“IS”) is critical to ensure appropriate technical resources are assigned to the project. This position will report to the Head of HR Digital Transformation, North America.
