POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the evaluation/escalation, planning and implementation support for the Food and Beverage division by ensuring all managers, supervisors and employees are well informed. This position is recognized as the Human Resources partner for the division and supports the Foodtrak process as backup. While much activity is as an administrative individual contributor, this position will provide high level administrative support for the FB Division leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school Degree with some college business related classes
Experience:
Prior use in purchasing, work order, and time keeping system preferred, but not required
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Creates a positive atmosphere of learning to ensure success of F&B.
Acquires TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) trainer certification within 90 days of accepting position and ensures current certification renewal

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Any employee or volunteer who operates a company vehicle including cars, trucks, snowcats, snowmobiles, or heavy equipment is required to comply with the Driver’s Standards Policy. This policy also applies to employees or volunteers driving their personal vehicles for company business more than four times per month, averaging 30+ miles per trip. All drivers should receive a full copy of the Driver’s Standards Policy; if you have not – please contact your Risk/Safety or HR/EE Department.
