Norris’ Group Care Programs provide treatment, educational, and therapeutic recreational services to youth ages 8 through 18 and their families. Youth receive services related to mental health, emotional behavioral disorders, problematic sexualized behaviors, AODA, and trauma, including physical, sexual, emotional abuse or neglect. The Norris team strives to provide the best quality care to youth and families by making meaningful connections and providing a safe space for individuals to heal. Under the Supervision of the Director of Human Resources the Administrative Assistant (AA) fulfills duties related to the administrative support of Norris as a whole, the Executive Team and other program and administrative departments as assigned in accordance with agency schedules, policies and procedures, licensing requirements, purchaser expectations, and best practice standards. The AA ensures interactions with staff, visitors and children and families served by Norris are positive and sensitive to their ethnic and cultural backgrounds, in accordance with Norris’ values. The AA demonstrates skills that represent a “master of multitasking.”
