We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our organization. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives, driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that enhance organizational performance and foster a positive work environment, which will include workforce planning, development, retention, career architecture and succession), organization design and efficiency, leadership team effectiveness, engagement and culture, diversity and compensation.
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
Passionate about organization design & efficiency, workforce planning, talent development, diversity and overall business performance.
Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
Provide guidance and consultation on HR matters, including talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
Proactively identify HR trends and best practices and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR programs and processes.
Drive a people strategy that supports core business and HR priorities.
Partner with businesses to lead talent management and org planning strategies and processes to develop outstanding leadership talent.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture by fostering employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee recognition efforts.
Handle complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
3. Talent Acquisition and Management:
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruitment and selection strategies, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Partner with managers to identify workforce gaps, develop succession plans, and implement talent development initiatives.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching to drive high performance and development.
4. Change Management and Organizational Development:
Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of change within the organization.
Partner with leaders to assess organizational needs and develop strategies for organizational development, including workforce planning, restructuring, and culture transformation.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
– 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR Business Partner role.
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
– Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
– Experience Business Partnering, Consulting and Coaching Senior Executives is critical; effective at influencing, facilitating, and problem solving
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
– Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $146,000 – $217,000.Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
