An Administrative Fellow is a part of a one-year program that provides the Fellow with a valuable, broad-based, health network experience. This onsite program begins in June 2023 with various rotations lasting between one and four months. During each rotation, Administrative Fellows are assigned an executive preceptor to guide them, select projects and provide feedback. The Fellow is required to gain an in-depth understanding of the policies and procedures that directly impact a specific service line, department and/or specialty area which can be improved, resulting in a positive impact on the quality of delivery by the service line, department and/or specialty area.
