Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting various recruitment, retention and onboarding processes for new hires and temporary staff by ensuring compliance of the pre-employment process, Applicant Tracking System administration, and HRIS system data entry. Acts as a liaison between the HR department and employees, responds to internal and external HR related inquiries and requests. Ensures superior customer service and represents professionalism in all interactions. Coordinates New Hire Orientation and tracks completion of onboarding documentation, such as departmental checklists and familiarization reviews. Responsible for creating and maintaining filing systems for the efficient retrieval by the HR team. Maintains and processes employee job descriptions. Participates in career events and sourcing activities for internal and external staff, social media recruitment, and tracking and analysis of recruitment metrics. Organizes and maintains hard copy documentation and electronic records of personnel-related data in accordance with Joint Commission requirements.

Bachelor’s degree required, Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
