Full-Time Student Accounts Manager
POSITION: Full-Time Student Accounts Manager: Assistant Director; Student Accounts/Enrollment Services; Haverhill Campus; 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-6pm (The staff member is required to work one late night a week which is subject to change based on the needs of the office. This position also requires Saturdays and late evenings during peak enrollment periods for the fall and spring semesters); Non-Unit Professional Position
SUMMARY: Lead the management and execution of all student accounts operations; payment plan options and enrollments; student account collection and refunds; student health insurance program; 1098-T student tax form; third party billing: and receivables analyses. Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State and College regulations and policies. Maintains and improves procedures for billing, follow-up, collection and accounting for student accounts. Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Additional Information:
SALARY: Anticipated starting salary range is $70,000 – $85,000 annually with complete fringe benefit package including competitive health insurance, dental insurance, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance, paid sick, vacation and personal leave, educational benefits for employee/spouse/dependents, and excellent retirement benefits.
