Job Description Summary
Providing high level administrative support for the Oral Medicine Department at Penn Dental Medicine. Manage the Chair Calendars, prepare agendas, generate meetings, and take minutes. Make room reservations conference calls and prepare work as needed. Prepare papers/letters as needed for faculty evaluations. Work on academic curriculum with admin assistant, upload lectures/ power point and report to course directors. Help coordinate and review projects for the admin assistant and communicate with students on all course curriculum.

H.S. Diploma or GED Required, with 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience within a College or University setting preferred.
