Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include sourcing candidates for open positions across BLT’s entire platform. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will create job descriptions, screen potential candidates, develop passive candidates, plan interview and selection procedures, and host and participate in career events. To be successful in this role, candidate should be able to develop consistent recruiting strategies and build relationships with potential hires.
