The EIB Manager will champion the development and implementation of a systematic approach to Equity and Social Justice (ESJ). The position will work in collaboration with the department and other division EIB Managers. The position is characterized by division-wide planning and coordination within the division and department of thoughtfully designed and sequenced critical actions to implement our ESJ Strategic Plan.

Work Location: Primarily teleworking and the King Street Center 201 S. Jackson St., Seattle WA 98104.
Work Schedule: This regular, full-time position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is not overtime eligible. This position generally works a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
