Description
Summary/Objective
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave of absence, employee relations, policies, and practices.

This position is responsible for the performance management, development and hiring of assigned staff members within the HR department.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Travel
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position must be available to provide support at other times as needed. Travel is primarily local during the business day.
