Scottsdale Training & Rehabilitation Services (STARS) is seeking a HRIS Business Analyst to join the Office of Human Resources team. The incumbent will provide primary technical expertise to payroll, HR, benefits, and all related systems users.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The HRIS Analyst provides expert technical and consulting support for the use, configuration, and customization of Human Resources Systems. The HRIS Analyst evaluates business processes and procedures to create functional and technical solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate information is made available to management for review, analysis, and decision-making. The business analyst is trusted with highly confidential information.
