Mortech builds software to help lenders and consumers simplify their mortgage decisions. Mortech’s Partnership team works to deliver our data solutions accurately and seamlessly to lenders and consumers through fintech companies in the digital mortgage and consumer finance arenas. This team is responsible for finding and evaluating new partnership opportunities, building growth strategies for existing partnerships, and serving as an operational and technical expert on partner integrations for other Mortech and Zillow Group team members. As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the growth strategy of our partner integrations. As a part of growth planning, you will analyze system data to find patterns in how lenders are utilizing integrations, make recommendations and drive prioritization of new product features, and lead efforts with other departments to drive adoption of partner integrations. In addition to strategic planning, you will create and execute implementation plans for new partner integrations. While managing partner integrations, you will also gain intimate knowledge of how our APIs work so you can instruct customers on best practices for implementing Mortech data into their user experience.
What you’ll do:
Learn and maintain a deep understanding of the Mortech SaaS solution and pricing APIs
Manage day to day interactions with partners and customers including technical troubleshooting of our APIs
Serve as the subject matter expert on all integrations for documentation and technical troubleshooting
Build success metrics to measure the health and success of partner integrations
Create and drive strategy with key Mortech partners to accelerate the growth of our product and drive value to our customers
Analyze integration usage and collect feedback from customers/partners to make recommendations on product enhancements
Build and lead implementation plans for new partner integrations including serving as the point person for all business and technical issues
Continuously strive to exceed key performance metrics that will fuel the continued growth of Mortech
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $32.70 – $52.30 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Knowledge of the mortgage industry and consumer experience
3+ Years of experience in business development and/or technical sales role
Ability to manage and understand the value of many types of partnerships across a wide range of B2C and B2B platforms
Understand how to interact with APIs including ability to read XML and JSON data structures
Ability to create and execute project plans that deliver value to our partners and customers
Excel in working both independently and on teams to complete projects
Genuine and positive attitude that inspires coworkers, partners, and clients
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
