Ingenuity Prep prepares PreK – 8th grade students in Ward 8 to succeed in college and beyond as impactful civic leaders. Our innovative instructional model promotes small group learning for students, collaborative teaching teams, and robust coaching and professional development opportunities for teachers and staff.

As a member of the Ingenuity Prep Student’s Talent Team, you will join a four-person team to support leaders, teachers, students, and families as a critical partner in ensuring we’re one of the best places to work in DC!
In this role, you will manage the daily functions of Human Resources at IP. One day you may be onboarding new staff while the next day you’re managing payroll questions from current staff. You’ll work to solve workplace disputes while interpreting and applying Human Resources’ laws and regulations. Variety is the name of the game and, if you enjoy it, come join our team!
Note: This role is equivalent to a Human Resource generalist role and does not manage any direct reports.
