Compensation: $70K+
The ideal Salesforce System Administrator will be responsible for ongoing day-to-day tasks within our Salesforce.com organization. This includes:
· Daily end-user troubleshooting, creating reports and dashboards to meet departmental and end-user needs.
· Managing data and keeping records accurate.
· Consistent system-wide maintenance along with routine data backups.
· Assist in making needed changes for enhancements or defects.
· Perform unit testing on new system implementations and configurations.
· Assist in the onboarding and training of new Salesforce.com users.
· Handle basic administrative functions such as managing user access and security permissions.
· Respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
· Be able to effectively communicate solutions to end users.
· Assist in training users and answering questions to grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
· Assist in establishing and documenting processes to support all areas of responsibility.
Required Skills & Abilities
· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
· Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in an IT position in a fast-paced corporate environment.
· Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
· Understanding of Experience Cloud (communities) is preferred.
· Certified Salesforce Administrator is preferred.
· Advanced Administrator certification is desired.
· Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau cloud is Highly desired
· Experience in CPQ a strong plus
· Technical aptitude to learn software and technology quickly in a fast-changing environment.
· Demonstrated a history of superior communication skills, verbal and written, with diverse personalities, and technical competency levels.
· Strong logic and critical-thinking ability; experience and creativity in troubleshooting business processes and software problems.
· Associate’s degree, Bachelor is preferred but not required.
· Strong understanding of the platform and object relationships within a Salesforce.com organization.
· Ability to come up to speed quickly on current system functionality and integrations.
· Experience in Classic and Lightning versions.
· History of using Data Loader to import and export data is a plus.
· Strong data management abilities with an understanding of data governance and how the Salesforce data fits in with an overall company data model.
· A demonstrated ability to understand complex requirements and combine them with Salesforce best practices to translate them into functionality.
· Must be able to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
· A great team player, a self-starter, and excellent written/spoken communication.
