We are seeking a full time bookkeeper with 3+ years of experience. Candidate must have possess excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, an extremely high level of accuracy with attention to detail, must be able to exist in a fast paced work environment and QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Candidate must be punctual, have Microsoft Office experience, exhibit time management skills, possess strong work ethics, and be a team player. Previous law firm bookkeeping is preferred, as well as knowledge of PIP auto insurance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Excellent clerical skills and ability to multi-task;
Self-motivated and ability to work independently;
Ability to exist in face-paced work environment;
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook;
Computer saavy .

Review voluminous incoming checks
Accounts payable/receivable
Prepare disbursements
Prepare all deposits
Prepare Quickbook reports
