Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Care Hospital and Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital are seeking a Market Human Resources Manager to join our team!
Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Care , located in Johnstown, CO is a Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.
The HR Manager provides operational and consultative support to facility management at all levels on a daily basis. Advises management and employees on questions or concerns relating to human resources. Responsible for overall management of administration, coordination and evaluation of the facility’s HR policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, employee counseling and/or corrective action matters, compensation, benefits, payroll practices including time and attendance, and safety and health. Responsible for overall regulatory compliance of accredited agencies as well as legal compliance of local, state, and federal laws. Actively participates in achieving companywide goals and works in close collaboration with assigned Divisional Director of Human Resources.
