SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for providing HR support to Project Managers and staff of specific offices within the region. This position is responsible for recruiting and onboarding of project staff in partnership with the Project Managers and project supervisors. The HR Manager will be responsible for various HR areas including benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of related work experience.
