full-time Human Resources Assistant position will be responsible for assisting in administrative assignments including answering
departmental phones, meeting and greeting in person customers, updating departmental web site and portal page, advertising and posting open
positions, reviewing candidate pool for each open position for York College and York Country Day School, complete and administer
pre-employment testing and background administration, new hire orientation, training modules and tracking, and general office tasks for York
College and York Country Day School. This position will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
The candidate should have a high school degree or equivalent, one to three years’ experience in an office support, clerical or customer
service field, experience in advertising position announcements and updating web sites, preferred. Additionally, the candidate should
demonstrate excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, following processes and procedures, Microsoft Office and
interpersonal skills, have a strong commitment to working as part of a collaborative team, ability to maintain confidentiality and excellent
customer service skills.
