We have a contract opportunity for an HR Business Partner in Salt Lake City Utah. This project is approved for 6 months with a possibility of an being extended a couple extra months. The client is a world leading developer and manufacturer of Diagnostic Medical Devices.

Pay Rate: $50.00/Hr. to $55.00/Hr.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience, preferably in HR
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner
– Experience supporting organization changes preferred
– Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Deliverables:

Support and execution of all initiatives under the HRBP Workstream. Some of which include:
– Job Descriptions for all newly created jobs based on input from manager and aligned with our internal template and requirements
– Functional Management of Job Mapping to identify roles that are filled, not filled and team members who won’t have a match.
– Process tracking and follow-up to ensure all jobs are submitted to comp when necessary, reviewed within the SLA time period and posted, when necessary
– Preparation and execution and tracking of severance packages and retention packages.
– Development of upskilling plans for assigned groups, tracking of content of finalization working
appropriate company stakeholders and scheduling of learning actions.
