Job Summary/Basic Function
The purpose of this position is to manage the day to day operations for the Wright State University’s Boonshoft School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology MEDTAPP QI HUB which includes monitoring program performance and assuring adherence to WSU policies and procedures.

Our community-based medical school, Boonshoft School of Medicine (BSOM), est. 1973, is affiliated with six major teaching hospitals, two federal institutions, and over 30 other healthcare institutions. BSOM learners get focused training with a community-based, diverse set of patients, practices, and facilities. BSOM has 13 accredited residency programs and 10 accredited fellowships, with opportunities for growth. BSOM helps educate over 212 graduate students, 510 medical students, 488 residents & fellows each year.

100% WSU BSOM OB/Gyn Program Manager
The QI HUB Program Manager will assist the QI HUB leadership and stakeholders in developing regional QI projects for improving maternal and infant health in the Dayton region. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing QI projects and communicating with the Government Resource Center (GRC). The QI HUB Project Manager will assist to develop the Regional QI HUB, coordinate stakeholder meetings, be involved with developing/executing QI projects at up to 20 clinical sites, organize and extract data, and conduct clinical training interventions. The Program Manager will work with the QI HUB leadership to establish collaborative relationships with regional partners, work with internal and external consultants to complete tasks, complete monthly progress reports, and manage grant finances.
Working Conditions
This is a grant funded position with continuation dependent on funding. Special contract terms and conditions of employment apply.
Administrative support and project leadership activities occurring predominately at Wright State University Department of OB/Gyn with some work at clinical locations. Monday-Friday, day shift.
