Job Summary/Basic Function
This position is located in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities include assisting with the operations and administration of the Ohio Articulation and Transfer Network (OATN). Responsibilities include human resource liaison, communications, and event planning plus the coordination of numerous meetings and committees along with the support with budget and memorandum of understanding/contract process. Position provides direct support to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Articulation and Transfer/Executive Director of the Ohio Articulation and Transfer Network with the implementation of the Ohio Department of Higher Education goals and the OATN goals.

Essential Functions and percent of time
50% Responsible for the operations of the Ohio Articulation and Transfer Network office; support assigned staff and/or student personnel (responsible for the student interns (up to four) which includes recruitment, hiring, and supervision); act as human resource liaison (coordinates with Wright State University Office of Human Resources the hiring of OATN staff); oversee event planning implementation (including but not limited to producing web meetings and conference); logistics and coordination of numerous meetings and committees; support with numerous budgets and mange Memorandum of Understanding/Contract process; responsible for the invoice process of the Ohio Articulation and Transfer Network (OATN) multiple initiatives.
20% Oversees the marketing efforts for the OATN which includes the OATN participation in National Transfer week; develops written communication for the OATN; develops and leads transfer professional development programs like the Transfer Talk Tuesday Initiative.
10% Conducts research; prepare and disseminate report to various constituencies and government agencies; also compiles and analyze information
5% Oversees travel arrangements for OATN staff; develops area meeting schedule and coordinates agendas; also handles the Associate Vice Chancellor of Articulation and Transfer’s calendar.
5% Attend meetings; serve on committees.
5% Maintains virtual filing system and listservs for the OATN; and maintains membership lists of various committees and boards.
5% Perform other duties as assigned.
