Location : Remote US Assist the L&R Sales organization in the creation and completion of contracts, ensuring that contract lifecycle runs smoothly, all company stakeholders involved understand and adhere to the terms and sales and other company policies, and ensure that any sales issues that arise are dealt with effectively. Types of involved contracts include sales-related non-disclosure agreements, sales order forms, subscription agreements and amendments. Essential Duties and responsibilities + Provide guidance to sales management and act as liaison with legal department throughout the contract lifecycle process + Interact with customers and prospects as part of the contract lifecycle process + Draft and review simple contracts based on approved templates and playbooks + Facilitate and educate sales representatives in using sales system generated contracts for transactions + Provide redlined recommendations and negotiate contract terms and conditions directly with customers based on established approved terms + Oversee contract changes and manage the process of making amendments or modifications to agreements + Facilitate resolution of issues that arise in negotiations between the parties in the contracting process + Serve as the point of contact for customers throughout the contracting process; acting as the contracts administrator facilitating closing of sales transaction, acting as contracts “go-between” among customers, sales and other internal company organizations, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of contract variations + Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and related documents + Support sales organization compliance with global company programs affecting sales contract processes such as ensuring executed contracts are uploaded into the global contract management system + Develop, implement and support procedures for sales contract management and administration in compliance with company policies; as appropriate, contribute to or influence sales policies + Monitor compliance by sales employees with established sales and other company processes and policies + Work closely with legal department throughout contracting process, including to implement sales-related compliance programs and ensure ongoing compliance + Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Job Qualifications Education : Bachelor degree required, plus 3+ years business or related contract experience. Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certification s: + Knowledge of ~~~, Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, outlook). + Ability to draft and modify simple to moderate routine contractual instruments. + Strong analytical and communication (both written and oral) skills. + Use of independent judgment and creativity applied to resolution of contract issues. + Excellent internal and external negotiation skills. + Ability to manage and gain knowledge of corporate and sales policies and procedures, coupled with ability to identify required improvement to established sales policies. + Good presentation and team-building skills. + Emerging ability to excel in upper-level management environment, both internally and externally.
