General Description:
Administration and operation of William Woods University’s residential living and standards
programs. Serves as a collaborative leader within the University community, helping to facilitate effective partnerships to ensure students
a vibrant learning environment; manages and supervises the overall operations of a broad range of university-owned housing facilities;
addresses all aspects of the living environment for on-campus residents, ensuring living facilities are clean, attractive, well-maintained,
comfortable, and include safety and health features maintained by systematic operations. Oversee the adjudication of community standards
violations in collaboration with other Student Life team members and campus standards boards. This should be accomplished in a manner that
consistently enhances educational and community building programs and services that promote learning and development in the broadest sense,
with an emphasis on student experiences and academic success.

This is an exempt, 40-hour per
week; benefit eligible, 12-month position with evening and/or weekend work as needed. Flexible scheduling and limited remote work
negotiable.
Due to the 24-7 nature of on-campus residential housing, the Director will be expected to develop, implement, evaluate
and participate in an effective, efficient “on-duty” and “on-call” system for Residential Life staff. The Director
must also be willing and able to promptly respond to emergency or other crisis situations that occur. On-campus housing required within 6
months of start date.
