The Center for Workforce Development (CWD) at William James College aims to bridge the needs of organizations, the profession, and

Position Summary: Under the leadership of the Associate Vice President for
Workforce Initiatives, the Director of Research & Program Evaluation will manage all workforce development research and program
evaluation initiatives for the CWD. They will be responsible for the design, conduct, and reporting of CWD’s research projects as well
as monitoring and ensuring the integrity of research-based collaborations with partner agencies and funders. The Director of Research &
Program Evaluation will also supervise research assistants; oversee the direction, management, and compliance of CWD’s research
projects; and coordinate with internal departments to assure that all research-related activities are conducted in accordance with federal
regulations and WJC’s and sponsoring agency policies and procedures.
