Seeking a Bilingual (English-Spanish) HR Generalist. Excellent career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for payroll and time and attendance administration. Including auditing and oversight of bi-weekly and special payrolls for the business unit.
• Conducts new employee onboarding process to foster positive and comprehensive introduction to the company.
• Maintains in ADP confidential records of benefits plans participation, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Sources candidates using different tools including LinkedIn, Indeed, agencies, etc.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Leads events activities as directed.
• Handles employee training
• Handles safety training initiatives including forklift driver certifications and maintains safety records.
• Translates HR documents and general communication in Spanish as required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree.

2. 2 or more years of HR Generalist experience.

3. Bilingual English-Spanish.
