Widener University is currently seeking an Associate Dean for Graduate Programs in the School of Nursing. Reporting to the Dean this role
provides oversight of all graduate programs in the School of Nursing including nursing and nutrition. The School of Nursing offers Master’s,
DNP, PhD, and post-master’s and post-doctoral certificates.
Working collaboratively with Program Directors, Faculty, and staff, the
Associate Dean provides strategic leadership focused on student recruitment, retention, inclusion, and success for all graduate programs in
the School of Nursing and faculty mentorship. The incumbent will also provide strategic direction and support for curricular matters,
particularly related to accreditation and certification.
The School of Nursing is seeking a visionary leader in graduate nursing
education to collaborate with our Program Directors and faculty to create a dynamic learning environment that is innovative, agile, and
responsive to the changing needs of learners and the nursing, nutrition, and healthcare environment.
Widener University has
