Compiles data from internal and external sources for ad hoc and reoccurring reports, analyzes and validates data, prepare reports and presentation materials for management to deliver.
Provides analysis on financial performance, risks, and strategy recommendations to inform senior personnel.
Communicates with managers and staff to resolve financial related issues.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues that may be vaguely defined and require immediate attention.
Assists with the annual budget preparation. Provides budget versus actual reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Follow policy and procedures related to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) daily to ensure compliance with current regulations.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong oral and written communications skills required.
Strong knowledge required in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office based programs, required.
SQL experience preferred
Able to work independently and exercise good judgment, initiative, tact and professionalism in representing TFCU with members, managers, staff and vendors.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as accounting principles and data, policy and procedures. Ability to write complex reports.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.

High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
Experience with automated financial systems, preferably Symitar.
Asset/Liability Management or Budget modeling experience, preferably with ProfitStar.

2 years: 2 -5 years related work experience in financial services industry preferred (preferred)
