Position Summary
The Prospect Development Analyst will provide proactive and reactive research on major gift donors and prospects to help build pipeline, advance and deepen relationships, and guide thoughtful gift solicitations. This role supports student success by managing donor prospects who directly supports the college and Westminster students.
Responsibility: Research
Description
Conduct in-depth research and analysis, both reactively and proactively, on individuals, corporate and foundation prospects, and donors and prepare reports for review. These reports include bios, briefs, comprehensive profiles, and wealth screening analysis and validation.
Actively support the identification and verification of new prospects discovered through Advancement database, public sources, database screening, specialized research technologies and databases, and other proactive resources to determine donor giving capacity, interest, and affinity.
Enhance the donor database with updated research information and indications of wealth.
Responsibility: Portfolio Management
Description
Provide metrics that help fundraisers efficiently manage their prospect portfolios and help facilitate the movement of donors and prospects through the prospect management pipeline.
Assists development officers in prospect strategy development and documentation and manage prospect assignments.
