Job Summary
The Information Technology Specialist reports to the Senior Technology Project Manager. These individual
supports curriculum delivery and has the primary purpose of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the electronic platforms and
technology used by the college.

Technical
Skills
1. Advanced knowledge and skills in the Microsoft 365 suite of products, including but not limited to, Power BI, Power
Apps, SharePoint, Visio, and Power Automate.
2. Advanced knowledge of relational DB and SQL queries.
3. Advanced knowledge and
skill in scripting/programming language preferably python and/or PHP
4. Comprehensive knowledge on web related technologies:
HTML
and CSS
XML and JSON
JAVASCRIPT
5. Working knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and computer science
fundamentals.
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms development.
7. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including: Waterfall,
Agile and Iterative.
Required Qualifications
1. Education: Required – BS in Information Technology or Computer Science. Any
combination of education, training, or experience equivalent that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Experience: Preferred minimum Two to three years of software development experience
