In this pivotal role, The Leader, Information Security (Resilience), is responsible for driving the design, development, integration, test and maintenance of cybersecurity resilience solutions; and builds and sustains influential relationships with key stakeholders to deliver value though coordination and collaboration. The Leader has proven success building customer, team and partner relationships, experience conducting risk assessments to identify threats, risks; and performing analysis to develop cost effective and viable mitigation measures. The Leader contributes to preparedness exercises and captures results and lessons learned from exercises and live events for continual process improvement. The Leader manages a team responsible for creating standardization and consistent application of cyber resilience processes, methods, techniques, and tools on the program. The Leader demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills with the ability to drive issues to resolution; to inspire cooperation and confidence; and to motivate teams in challenging environments.

Salary
The base salary range is $140,000 – 185,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term (15% of base), and long-term (5% of base), incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
