Director, North America Owned Locations- Denver, Colorado

In this role, you will oversee the North America owned locations, including setting and driving the strategy and expanding our presence across the country. Additionally, you will build and manage a high performing team and oversee the day-to-day operations of all locations.
Role Responsibilities
Set the strategic direction for owned locations in alignment with company strategy.
Lead the expansion of owned locations across North America.
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the network is operating successfully from all perspectives.
Responsible for ensuring all stores are ready to serve and operating with a customer orientation.
Oversee a small team of central resources and lead the team of owned locations staff including training and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Role Requirements
10 years of relevant professional working experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
Experience with retail financial products and marketing strategies a plus, with a preference for consumer retail experience.
3 years of management experience, including proven ability to lead remote teams in multiple locations.
Bachelor’s degree required. Education or equivalent experience is acceptable. Preference for business or finance degree. Master’s degree a plus.
Proven understanding of operations and ability to provide insights, including strong product and technology knowledge.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external executive leadership and work well in a highly visible position.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $112,594 – $187,657 USD per year base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
