Assistant Manager, Marketing (North America) – New York, NY

In this role, you will focus on driving and supporting the implementation of marketing plans for retail locations focused on optimizing and improving overall performance of products and services to retain loyal customers, capture new customers, and drive revenue. This includes managing marketing plans at the local level, defining marketing opportunities for products and services at retail locations, negotiating resources internally and externally, dealing with vendors, and analyzing marketing data for the area.
Role Responsibilities
Drive, support and implement regional marketing plans to align with corporate business priorities across the assigned region.
Manage regional marketing materials and coordinate local events such as customer appreciation events and more.
Coordinate with local sales teams to provide materials and set-up. Attend events to provide representation as needed.
Analyze data on the regions existing and potential markets.
Develop and implement marketing plans at the local level.
Provide feedback to the corporate marketing team about regional marketing needs and nuances.
Define marketing opportunities for products and services in the area.
Collaborate with corporate business units, including marketing and go-to-market teams, as well as other local region stakeholders to develop market plans to improve product performance in your assigned region.
Create revenue growth initiatives and execute those initiatives in partnership with sub-regional partners.
Manage regional vendor relationships and coordinate across functional teams to open PO’s and handle payments.
Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities and events.
Manage cost per acquisition and lifetime value of marketing initiatives in the area.
Role Requirements
3+ years experience in marketing, experience in FinTech or Financial sector a plus.
Experience in event set up, promotion and delivery a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, secondary degree required. Education or equivalent experience may be considered. Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $74,500 – $110,000 USD per year base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
