Communicate with vendors and other third-party affiliates to reconcile and coordinate with student accounts.
Work closely with student accounts and 3rd party billing to understand WGU processes and policies.
Liaison between prospective and continuing students & WGU student accounts andenrollment.
Manage all communication regarding letter of credit, tuition payments, and account balances.
Track student billing and invoices and prepare required reports to adhere to specific partner (3rd party sponsors) needs.
Act as the point of contact for all student inquiries regarding how partnership programs work at WGU.
Prepare application paperwork for students requesting partnership funding by deadlines provided.
Keep track of trends and funding timelines for partnership programs to guide students withenrollmenttimelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, SkillandAbilities:
