As an Organizational Development Analyst at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by supporting organizational development initiatives by providing accurate and relevant data in an easy-to-understand manner. You will report directly to the Director of Organizational Development and work closely with analysts in other departments including Training & Leadership Development.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• Develop a West Shore Home job analysis template that supports the classification of each role description into the appropriate organizational level
• Conduct job analyses on all role descriptions within West Shore Home to appropriately classify the roles
• Partner with the Organizational Development Specialist to provide actionable data that can be used to model studies across the enterprise
• Provide direct support to the Leadership Development team to identify metrics and tracking systems for succession planning across the company
• Under direct supervision of the Director of Organizational Development, support the development and sustainment of an organizational development metric system that tracks and accurately displays the ROI of the Organizational Development department
• Support the collection and analysis of compensation data to build an appropriate compensation structure within West Shore Home and conduct analysis on market conditions to make recommendations for improvements to the system
• Understand, interpret, and display large amounts of complex and ambiguous data in a narrative that can be used to justify future decisions

What It Takes to Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, or similar field OR equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of SOQL, Python, Java
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and effective communication skills
