Description Summary
Wentworth Institute of Technology is seeking applicants interested in joining the Wentworth
community as a Media Technology and Classroom Specialist.
Reporting directly to the Manager of User Services in
Digital Technology Services, the Media Technology and Classroom Specialist provides faculty, staff, and students with the support necessary
to use instructional technologies to enhance teaching and student learning. The position will play an important role in classroom technology
maintenance and configuration, videoconferencing, lecture capture, and general live event assistance during the days, evenings and weekends.
Additionally, the position will contribute to the Technology Services team’s collaborative efforts to support faculty, staff, and students
on the application of technology to teaching and learning activities. Provides superior customer service in person, via telephone or email
to all members of the Wentworth community.

Minimum Education
Required: High school diploma or GED

Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.

difficult and/or unprecedented situations.
