About this role:
The VP, Learning and Organizational (L&OD) is responsible for the development of an enterprise L&OD strategy, and directs the development of associated programs, policies and processes. This role is responsible for the development, launch, delivery and evaluation of programs, tools, and processes to build and sustain required organizational, professional, and leadership capability. This role collaborates with the VP of HR Business Partners HR COE leaders, and operations leadership in program development and deployment.

- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Master’s Degree in Business, Organizational Development or Leadership Development preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of Learning and Organizational Development leadership experience required.

What you will do:
- Create and maintain an enterprise learning philosophy and strategy that executes an integrated L&OD approach.
- Strategically align talent management and learning and development programs with the organization’s objectives and employees’ personal goals and growth.
- Set the overall L&OD strategies, roadmap and implementation plans in close collaboration with HR leadership and key stakeholders in the business. Sequence program development in a manner that builds on our current foundation, delivers maximum organizational value, and maximizes the use of resources.
- Create a vision and plan for corporate learning and development that supports the business strategy and leads to capable and knowledgeable teams and leaders who are ready to meet the challenges of a fast-growing healthcare company. Market the vision and plan to executive management and obtain buy-in at the beginning of execution and throughout the process, including executive ongoing program support.
- Partner with executives and other organizational stakeholders to provide support of major culture initiatives such as change management framework/process, mergers and acquisitions, and new lines of business.
- Develop approach to measure program effectiveness, and monitor L&OD operations. Adjust strategies as needed to improve. Assess the learning and development actions to show ROI.
- Lead the establishment of talent development strategies to meet current and future business needs. Work collaboratively with key leadership to identify and develop key organizational and role-specific capabilities.
- Build and execute a strategy for role-specific functional and compliance training.
- Lead the creation of executive and leadership development programs to support the organization and drive long-term sustainable growth.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and measurement of highly effective, results –driven learning and organizational development strategies that enhance organizational performance.
- Lead the development and implementation of the organizational strategy for talent management including succession planning, high-potential development and performance management that address current and future business needs.
- Oversee the onboarding strategy to ensure job-readiness programs are developed, deployed and managed.
- Oversee the design of programs, tools and processes to support talent assessment, performance management and succession management.
- Lead the development of initiatives to identify and develop high potential talent and enhance the overall effectiveness of present and future leaders.
- Lead the development of effective career management programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with CHRO and VP HR Business Partners on approach to culture building and employee engagement.
- Participate in identification and implementation of supporting technologies, including LMS
- Perform other duties as assigned.
